ACCOUNT MANAGER

OVERVIEW
Generate sales and advise clients, analyzing their computer needs and their needs for IT consulting services, in order to offer adequate sales that help to guarantee commercial plans and results desired by Softline.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sell and guide clients, advising and detecting their computer needs in order to adapt offers and ensure achievement of Softline sales objectives, complying with requests and demands from consumers/clients
- Maintain contact with organizations and companies to anticipate their needs and/or participate in bidding processes to ensure continuous business and partnership creations
- Close sales applying techniques and methods set by Softline to maximize results while operating within the scope of negotiations defined by the company
- Analyze the market and participate actively in marketing actions to contribute to a better computer company position and ensure the target market share
- Follow up the commercial and administrative processes that are involved in the billing process and in the delivery of traded products and services to ensure fulfillment of the assumed commitments and their collection according to the defined conditions.

YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A minimum of 2 years of consultancy\implementation experience for solutions based on Microsoft products\technologies
- Knowledge on Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365, Azure, etc)
- Knowledge on Microsoft On-premises products and technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Clusters, etc.)
- Knowledge on Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage
- Microsoft Certification is expected for this position
- Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and solution

 

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

OVERVIEW
In your role you will work with various client segments such as large enterprise & mid-market and shall bring a strong customer base to the organization. Would be responsible for acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with existing customers. The SAM has high impact, it’s very visible role responsible for ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of Cloud and Mobility solutions, closing enterprise sales deals within assigned accounts and identified new accounts.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- acquiring new accounts and generating a workable client stream in order to achieve the sales targets.
- forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering IT customized solutions to enterprise customers.
- strategy development, business planning, and execution of the strategies towards the client relationship.
- managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.
- generating business from the assigned account / area for the products assigned.

YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A minimum of 6 years of consultancy\implementation experience for solutions based on Microsoft products\technologies
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft On-premises products and technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Clusters, etc)
- Knowledge on Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage

DELIVERY SPECIALIST

POSITION OVERVIEW
As Delivery Specialist you will be part of the Technical Department and responsible for delivery technical solutions to our customers. This role will be focusing on delivery solutions that based on Microsoft products and technologies (Cloud, Hybrid, On-Premises).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
•     Provide technical support for Solutions Sales in pre-sale activities
•     Participate in Solutions design process
•     Create Technical documentation set for project
•     Provide solutions implementation and support
•     Stay updated with new Microsoft technologies
•     Develop technology demos and present it to clients in technical pre-sales activity

YOU NEED TO HAVE
•     A minimum of 2 years of consultancy\implementation experience for solutions based on Microsoft products\technologies
•     Strong knowledge on Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365, Azure, etc.)

SENIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

JOB FUNCTIONS
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be part of the Technical Department and responsible for design and delivery technical solutions to our customers. The SSA will be focusing on solutions that based on Microsoft products and technologies (Cloud, Hybrid, On-Premises). The focus for SSA job functions is design architecture and implementation for technical solution, which provided to customers based on their needs and requirements. The role SSA has high impact and visibility. You will be responsible for design and technical delivery of Microsoft solutions to enterprise segment.

YOU WILL DO
- Technical support for Solutions Sales in pre-sale activities
- Design architecture for solutions, which based on Microsoft products\technologies
- Lead deployment of projects, creation of collateral, and training of solution sellers and technical specialists in your area of specialization
- Create Technical documentation set for projects
- Microsoft Solutions implementation and support
- Present technical solutions for customers
- Stay updated and certified with new Microsoft technologies
- Develop technology demos and present those to clients in technical pre-sales activity

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3-5 years of consultancy\implementation experience in Architecture design for solutions, which based on Microsoft products\technologies
- Deep knowledge on Microsoft cloud and On-Premise products and technology (Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Clusters, Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage etc.)
- Microsoft Certification is expected for this position
